Jesus is the vine, when we try to find our life in other things like money, sex, power, work, drugs, they become idols or
relationship replacements ( false ones) and end up enslaving you and destroying your life.
Even with all our pride and narcism, as we swollow our pride and accept Jesus, as our sin offering;God the Father adopts us
as His kids, just like this couple adopted these two girls.
True life is a gift. It's not earned.
